After removing the carpet and replacing the particle board subfloor with plywood all new oak hardwood flooring, stair treads, risers and base trim were installed. Goodbye 1980's, hello 2019. Scope of work: A local Realtor contacted us to retain our services in refreshing a home that was about to be listed for sale. The scope of work consisted of refinishing the hardwood floors, updating the bathrooms, refinishing the kitchen cabinets and repainting the entire interior of the home complete with crown moldings and chair rails throughout. The result was a total transformation resulting in a higher than anticipated selling price for the owner. Kevin Lolley

If you didn't know the walls were painted after the woodwork was installed you wouldn't know!!!

This customer was adamant about wanting a deck (62' x 22') that was completely maintenance free including the skirt and built in benches. After removing all of the deteriorated cedar planking and replacing the deck joists we decked/wrapped the entire structure in Fiberon's Prestige Series, complete with hidden fasteners. Kevin Lolley

Scope of work: WWG received a call from the homeowner stating that a neighbor had called and said the slate chimney cap had been blown off during a winter storm. Roof patched in, new chimney cap installed, all "popcorn" ceilings, were scraped down to bare sheetrock, water damaged sheetrock (ceilings & walls) cut out and replaced, windows re-flashed and caulked, entire interior of home primed and repainted.
